Daily Inspiration: Reclaimed Wood Art

Today while at work I was completing our inventory book, I came across the web site of a company that we recently purchased some really neat art and accessories from, and wanted to use it in today’s post on the topic of “What Inspired Me Today”. Sugarboo Designs is a Georgia- based company owned by Rebecca and Rick Puig, and as I was exploring their website, I came across more and more really neat things that were just very inspirational with cute quotes, affirming sayings, phrases, and pictures so adorable, they looked to be doodled by children. A lot of the artwork and signage was done on re-claimed wood, and looked easy enough to be made at home, but with the craftsmanship and fine stenciling of a professional. Here are a few signs that drew my attention:

Like the Beatles said, “All you need is love”

Version 1 of this ever cute quote.

And Version 2.

Hang this in your entry way, and see it on the way in, and out of your house.

It’s great to have a sense of humor.

For your Darling.

Great for a children’s room, or any room in your house.

Wouldn’t it be great to find a quote, saying, or an image that inspires you, everyday, and to put it in a place that you can see all the time? I bet this is how people with office’s that face the ocean must feel… Either way, for those of us in the midwest, we have to create our own beautiful imagery, and what a way to start your day! Happy picture hanging!
